Ram’s Hydraulic hexagonal/scone dough dividers are suitable for accurately portioning up to 6kg of dough in one operation.
The machines are available in 3 weight ranges, which also feature differing hexagonal portion widths, and are available with either semi-automatic or automatic controls.

Weight range choices are 30-130g, 35-135g, and 40-160g with each operation creating 37 equally sized dough pieces.
