FAQs:
-Yes, Picos can be stacked on top of Pico pluses if required.
-Our recommendation on the water to be added to the steam system is 150ml on pico plus and 75ml on pico.
-Two Pico plus oven chambers provide approx 11% more baking space than the main competitor’s compact stone sole oven (when that oven is using their removable steam trays).
Couple this fact with the Chandley oven’s faster heat up/recovery time – there is a significant increase in output over competitors’ ovens, and hence ROI.
-The oven is delivered with a power cord, but no plug. We advise a suitably qualified electrician to be employed to ensure the outlet and plug are suitable for this deck oven.
-Electrical plug and outlet: You will require a NEMA 6-20P Plug and a NEMA 6-20R receptacle.
-The oven does not require a cold water feed. Water is manually placed into the built-in steam system pre-bake.

-The oven is designed to allow steam to lightly percolate through the vent at all times. When opening the vent fully more steam will evacuate the internal chamber. This design feature
accommodates a ‘well sealed’ oven….steam has to be allowed to slowly percolate out somewhere to keep internal pressures down.
-This oven can be sited on top of a robust s/steel workbench as well as on a mobile stand that we also provide.
-There is no internal baking chamber light bulb. It is not required due to the large glass door that allows a lot of light to enter.
