My Forno Bread Oven

This oven is a reliable, mid-tier, single phase micro bakery oven that can produce approx 12 loaves per bake.
It is the Rofco oven with steam added.

This particular oven is in as new condition, and has never been fired up, as it is a customer trade-in for more advanced equipment.
240v-Single phase electric power supply required.
